Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident ordering from Apex Academic Writing. This policy explains when refunds apply and how to request one.

1. Full refund

You may request a full refund if:

• We have not started work on your order yet; or
• We miss the agreed deadline by more than 24 hours and you no longer need the work; or
• The delivered work is substantially different from the requirements you provided and we are unable to fix it through free revisions within a reasonable time.

2. Partial refund

A partial refund may be offered if only part of the order was completed or if quality issues remain after revisions. The amount is decided case by case.

3. No refund

Refunds are generally not available if:

• You approved the final version or confirmed satisfaction;
• You requested changes outside the original instructions after delivery;
• You simply changed your mind after work has been delivered;
• The order was completed on time and matches the brief you sent.

4. How to request a refund

Email [email protected] or message us on WhatsApp with your order details and the reason. We aim to respond within 48 hours and resolve refund requests within 5–7 business days after approval.

5. Revisions first

Before a refund is considered for quality issues, we ask that you use the free revision process so we can correct the work. Unlimited revisions apply within 14 days of delivery for issues related to the original brief.
