1. Nature of the service

2. Your responsibilities

• Provide clear, accurate requirements and deadlines
• Ensure you have the right to share any materials you send us
• Review delivered work and request revisions within the stated window if needed

3. Orders and payment

Prices are quoted based on your requirements (length, level, deadline, subject). Work begins after you accept the quote and payment arrangements are confirmed. Deadlines are calculated from the time requirements and payment are clear.

4. Delivery and revisions

We aim to deliver on or before the agreed deadline. Free revisions are available for 14 days after delivery for issues related to the original brief. Changes that expand the scope may require an adjusted quote.

5. Originality

We produce original, human-written content. Upon request we can provide an originality report. You remain responsible for how you use the work.

6. Limitation of liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order. We are not responsible for academic outcomes (grades, disciplinary actions) resulting from how you use the materials.
